The deed records that on Phālguna Kṛṣṇa Saptamī at Vaṇavagal in Bhulāchhe Ṭola of Śrī Khapvaṃ Bhūmi, Māndhalatak Siṃh Kasta sold to Lakṣmīdhal Bhāro his self-possessed 2 ropaṇī agricultural land called Vati-kṣetra (NS 874). Jayavir Narasimha Malla and Jagat Siṃha Jayamalla are the witnesses and Kāyastha Mohana Siṃha is the scribe. |
