The deed records that on Āṣāḍha Kṛṣṇa Tṛtīyā at Śrī Madhyapuri in Hitiphusi Ṭola, Larnha Munikasta sold to Bhāgilām Prajāpati his self-possessed agricultural land named Bhatuku Bāhār-kṣetra (NS 798). Mānasiṁha Duvāra, Manohola Siṃha, Endrasiṁha Duvāra, Cukuti Vande, Śidhu Kasta Bubhandrī, Devahari Bubhandrī, Nalasiṁha Bubhandrī, Śivakṛṣṇa Bubhandrī, Śivalarnha Bubhandrī, and Dāyitatīśvara Kasta are the witnesses and Kāyastha Candramuni is the scribe. |
