The deed records that on Phālguna Śukla Pañcamī at Śrī Madhyapuri in Naka Ṭola, Joṅgirām Bhāvo sold to Śujarām Bhāro his self-possessed two ropaṇī agricultural land called Dovāti-kṣetra (NS 758). Khayo Nhurachhe (Pradhānāṅga), Śivanārāyaṇa Siṃha Bhāro, Gāma Siṃha Bhāro, Dāyeta Cāpa Siṃha Bhāvo, and Prajāpati Bhīma are the witnesses and Kāyastha Bhala is the scribe. |
