Abstract: The deed records that on Kārtika Kṛṣṇa Saptamī at Śrī Madhyapuri in Nāgavamādu Ṭola, Jayakṛṣṇa Siṃh Pamha Phukij sold to Jayasaṅkhal Bhāro his self-possessed 2 ropaṇī agricultural land called Yithāpāthorī-kṣetra (NS 872). Dhan Punasiṁha, Jagat Siṃha, Ranhaku Siṃha, Dhanavanta Siṃha, Ranhmā Siṃha Bubhandrī, Nachinidhara Siṃha Bubhandrī, Jayasaṅkhara Bubhandrī, Tijamāna Bubhandrī, Śivananda Siṃha Bubhandrī, Dhasananda Siṃha Bubhandrī, Kṛṣṇa Siṃha Bubhandrī, Dhavana Siṃha Bubhandrī, and Darita Śurjadatta Bhāro are the witnesses and Kāyastha Kṛṣṇamān is the scribe.
