Abstract: This document records the sale of a house by Prajāpati Vikṣāri Thaku, residing in Patko Lāchhe Tāpol in Lalitpur to Jikerāma Bhāvo, along with his brother’s son Sahasa, residents of Khapini Chhen Tol. Abhyacandra Bhāvo is the witness for this deed (NS 760).
