Abstract: This document records the sale of a field known as Chalkhunītīrtha-kṣetra, measuring four ropanīs and including associated features, by Amerāja Bhārī of Nakatol in Madhyapuri to Pirāga Siṃha Bhāro (NS 758). Śivanārāyaṇa Bhāro, Jīvarāja Vubhandri, Larna Deva Bhāro, Svukura Bhāro, Nepāra Bhāro, and Jaśirāma Bhāro are the witnesses and the scribe is Durākha.
