Abstract: This document records the sale of a field known as Thādhuni-kṣetra, measuring one ropanī, by Viśvambhala of Lakvachhe Ṭola in Thimi to Bhāyamāna Bhāvo (NS 746). Deśanāyaka Chatrasi Duvāla, Punajaṭi Duvāla, Saṅkhala Duvāla, Jayamoho Siṃha Duvāla, and others are the witnesses and the scribe is Vidhimāna Siṃha.
