| Abstract: |
An inscription is also present on the Dharmadhātu Jinālaya Caitya (KAT2220-004) associated with the shrine of Śākyamuni, although the portion containing the date is no longer legible. The descendants of the founder state that this caitya was added only after the construction of the bāhāḥ in 1924–25 CE (VS 1981). On the pedestal of the caitya, small sculpted figures representing members of the founder’s family have been carved, along with their names. |
