This is a deposition made to the Guthi Administration Office by the persons signatories to the document in respect of the outstanding contractual sum of Rs. 524 and odd that remains unpaid owed to the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi by contractor Mān Bahadur Sulpyā Jośi who was given a guarantee by Sānu Mān Śreṣṭa of Yetkhā, Kathmandu in case of default on payment for the year 1949 and 1950 V.S. as they have no knowledge of whereabouts of the guarantor. |
