Abstract: This is a deposition submitted to the Guthi Administration Office by writer (clerk) Indra Bhakta of Ombahāla in respect of the contractual sum of Rs. 524 and odd that remains unpaid by Mān Bahādur Sulpyā Jośī who was given a guarantee by Sānu Śreṣṭa of Yetkhā, Kathmandu incase of default on payment owed to the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi as he has no knowledge of the guarantor.
