मारफतसुव्वासावकुलपोटThis mohara issued by King Surendra on Sunday, the 2nd of the bright fortnight of Āśvina in the [Vikrama] era year 1928 (1871 CE) gives royal consent to the sale of sunābirtā land divided into two parts along a water course. The land in Ṭhimī was sold by its owners, the two brothers Jagatvīra Vāḍā Lavata and Kṛṣṇavīra Vāḍā Lavata of Capāco Mallāche, to Viramani Kumhāla of Capāco Vācunanī. The three borders of each section of the land that are not defined by the water course are specified in the relevant cardinal directions. The purchase price was 17 rupees 2 sukas, with a property tax of 20 percent (corresponding to 14 ānās) being paid to the king through an amālī.
