[Main text:]
Hail! Written by Paśupati Pādhyā Regmī, Wednesday, the 4th of the dark fortnight of Caitra in the Śrī [Vikrama era] year 1898 (1842 VS).
Āge: The field of Pebudhyā in the territory (ambala) of Deūpāṭaṃ which was given by saṃkalpa was granted to me as bīrtā when 2 [i.e. Senior Queen]1 became a satī at Āryaghāṭa on the 15th of the bright fortnight of Vaiśākha in the [Vikrama] era year 1863 (1806 CE). [It] measures 56 murī, 13 pāthi, 2 mānā, 6 muthī. The boundaries [of that land are the following:] to the east: the border pillar is at the ridge of the land of Śivānanda Vaida; to the south: the water spout; to the west: the border pillar is at the ridge of the guṭhī land of the deity; to the north the border pillar is at the ridge of the sunākheta of a Jyāpu. We sell the land within these four boundaries near 2 [i.e. Paśupatinātha].
Witness: grandson Harihara Pādhyā Regmī, witness: Ekadeū Pāḍe, witness: Rāghunātha Pāṭhaka, witness Vidyapāti Goṭamyā. Auspiciousness.
