To the 15 persons [listed in the particulars below], including the leader (naīkyā) Lachīnara:
Attend to the work concerning the lotus pond 3 of — [i.e., glorious Tripureśvara] [in] Ṭuḍīkhela (text: Ṭhaḍikhel). Supply the temple of — [i.e., glorious Tripureśvara] with lotus flowers, other types of flowers, and greens. What remains [over] of the pond's produce, [such as] fish and lotus leaves, all of you are to enjoy as a surplus. We have decided to exempt these fifteen persons from jhārā, beṭha [and] begāra corvée, ughāunī paghāunī (text: ūghāvanipughāvani) homestead taxes, sībhaḍela4 , ḍhalvā and sāhānāpālarakama service [and the supply of other] goods5 .

Sunday, the 9th of the bright fortnight of Pauṣa [in the Vikrama] era year 1886 (1830 CE). Auspiciousness.
[Seal of the Pāhāḍa Baṃdobasta Tahabila Phā̃ṭa]
The document suggests that the land endowed to the Tripureśvara Temple under the guṭhi tenure included a pond (pokhari) located in Tundikhel or else that the pond was administered under another arrangement but could be used for the temple's ritual purposes. It appears that this pond no longer exists, as no other ponds besides Rani Pokhari can currently be identified in or near the Tundikhel area. According to the temple's current priest, the temple had a pond in the location of today's Dasharatha stadium, which used to be the southernmost section of Tundikhel (https://kvuhp.nepalpicturelibrary.org/resource/tales-from-tundikhel/). K_0013_0025B, dated VS 1874, mentions a lotus pond within Tundikhel, but it is unclear whether this refers to the pond mentioned in the present document.
