Śrī1ŚrīkumārīThe chief and other staff of the Pustakakhānā, having seen [this] purjī, shall prepare a copy of the records (tāyedāti) of available books of Śaivism, Buddhism, Sanskrit-language and [also the books written in] English, Tibetan (bhoṭe) and Chinese scripts [kept] in the Pustakakhānā and shall submit it to the Nepāla Phā̃ṭa at the Kumārī Coka within 15 days, after having approved that the copy is in accordance with the original. From now on, for the newly arriving books, register them into the record [book] as soon as they arrive, and accordingly, approve a copy [of the record] in the manner as mentioned [above].
