᠀1 May all be well. On the 12th of the dark fortnight of Caitra in the [Nepāla era] year 785 (1665 CE), with Jake Bhāvo of Piṃthache as senior member, the group consisting of Abharāja Bhāvo, Hākudeva Bhāvo, Luterāma Bhāvo, Śugusiṃha Bhāvo, Jasarāma Bhāvo, Jayarāma Bhāvo, and Jugarāma Bhāvo built a three-bayed phalcā (text: phale) in the public area (lāche) in aforementioned Piṃthache. Mādharāma Bhāvo ceded (toratā) three cubits (hāta) of his grounds [to built the phalcā]. They also set up a [group] for the full moon service (pūrṇimā sevā) in honour of thrice glorious Buṅgaḥ[dyaḥ]. Whoever causes damage to this phalcā, will be guilty of having committed [one of] the five grievous sins (pañcamahāpātaka). If anyone enhances it, he will always prosper. Auspiciousness.
