1᠀ॐनम:वुर्द्धाय ˎˎशधर्म्मपुण्डलीकाक्षˎˎसर्व्वज्ञकरुणायकˎˎसमस्तवुर्द्धSiddhi. Oṃ. Obeisance to the Buddha. The one who has eyes resembling to the lotus blossom of fine dharma, one who is omniscient, full of compassion and who is the teacher of Samantabhadra, I bow to such Śākyasiṃha.
Kṛṣṇamuni, together with his grandmother Jñānadharī, made a vow and established a caitya in honour of his deceased father Dharmadeva, and a golden icon of Lokeśvara in memory of his deceased uncle Bhāgīdeva. This was done on Sunday, the 13th of the dark fortnight of Vaiśākha, when the Sun was in Taurus and the Moon in Aris, the constellation called Aśvinī and the conjunction called Āyuṣmāna, in NS 854.
For the annual worship, the rituals should include a fire-sacrifice, worship dedicated to the main deity (Kvāḥpāḥdyaḥ), and offerings of piṇḍa (rice ball) for the (annual) death ritual (śrāddha). The annual worship should be performed from the income of four ropanīs of donated land from Baramadu. The responsibility for maintaining this endowment falls on five individuals: ŚrīPana, Dharmajyoti, Bhairava, Devarāya, and Kṛṣṇamuni. Failure to uphold the responsibilities will incur the five great sins. If they take care of (what is mentioned), they will prosper. Other family members mentioned include Dhaneśvarī (text: Dhanaśvalī, the wife of Dharmadeva, Cekati, the wife of Bhāgīdeva, Candravatī and Guṇavatī, the younger sisters, Dhanalakṣmī and Guṇalakṣmī (text: Gunalakṣmī), and the daughters of Dharmadeva and Jayalakṣmī, the daughter of Bhāgīdeva. Auspiciousness.
