1राज||लक्ष्मीथकुं:थुलियाधर्मचीत्उत्पतीजुयाउंत्राभीमुषश्रीशाक्यसींहयाथासे:लीलयाद्वारतयादीनजुलशुभ्म्;||The one whose eyes resemble the lotus blossom of dharma, who is omniscient, full of compassion, and the teacher of Samantabhadra—obeisance to Śākyasiṃha.
After the generation of pious thoughts (dharmacitta utpatti), the group of donors—Jyotirāja Vajrācārya, his son Jogaratna, Samantabhadra, Gandharvarāja, Dharmarāja, and Lakṣmīthakuṃ—residents of Sūrye Dharma Saṃskārīta Vajrakīrtī Mahāvihāra—clad the door-leaves of the venerable Śākyasiṃha’s shrine with brass (lilāyā). This act was performed on the 8th day of the bright fortnight of the lunar month of Kārtika, Tuesday, in NS 1045 (1925), under the Śravaṇa constellation and Gandha conjunction, at the Bhava moment, when the Sun was in Libra and the Moon in Capricorn.
May all be well.
