Notes var. Sahara Sapāī Aḍā; according to Agrawal (Agrawal 1976: 14) an office established by Bīra Śamśera Jaṅga Bahādura Rāṇā to administer the sanitation of Kathmandu city. The municipality of Kathmandu emerged from this office.
