Abstract: King Jayaprakāśa Malla through this copper plate decree rules out any activities in respect of collecting wood, killing monkeys and setting fire within the jurisdiction of Paśupati and Mṛgasthalī. Any infringement of rules shall be punished with a fine of 32 mohara.
