King Jayaprakāśa Malla issues a regulatory act that no countrymen are allowed to fall trees, kill animals and not to give trouble to the foreigners within the jurisdiction of Simbu Caitya, Bālāju, Gokarṇa, Cāṅgu and Vajrayoginī. Otherwise, they will be punished with a fine of 32 mohara. |
