This letter from Candra Śamśera formalizes a lokābhāra lease contract in favour of Mukhiyā Dhāvā Dorje of Sāmāgāũ under terms similar to the lease of land by previous jāgīradāras in having no requirement to post a deadline notice or submit collateral. It also authorizes the lessee to serve as mukhiyā of the village. |
