held the title of nagarcī from at least the 10th bright of Bhādra VS 1861 (14 September 1804) on when he received a guṭhi land grant for two banners (niśāna) offered to Degutaleju, Kathmandu (K_0001_0052A);
received a lālamohara and copperplate (tāmāpatra) for his appointment as nagarcī of the Degutaleju temple in VS 1862 (1805/1806) according to a petition, dated Caitra VS 1984 (March/April 1927), by his descendant Nepṭe Damāī (K_0638_0046) ;
King Gīrvāṇayuddha granted land on the 14th dark of Caitra in VS 1862 (19 March 1806) to operate the rituals of the shelter (pāṭī), fountain (dhārā) and temple previously built by him at Kayatā Hiti (K_0357_0068);
received a guṭhi land grant in VS 1863 (January 1807) for two niśānas and one trumpet (karnāla) offered to Degutaleju (K_0030_0042C);
