southern commanding general in Jaṅga Bahādura's last revision in 1868 (Kumar 1967: 70); eastern commanding general in 1878 (E_3446_0011); became western commanding general in 1879; expunged from the Roll and detained in India in 1882 (Kumar 1967: 72); returned to Nepal 6 April 1885, murdered by Dhīra Śamśera's sons on 22 November (ibid.: 73–74);
